The Studio will be OPEN ON: Columbus Day, Martin Luther King Day, Valentine’s Day, President’s Day and St. Patrick’s Day.

Snow Day Information
Closings will be posted on the website. Dance classes will automatically be canceled according to the Bay Village City School snow closings. If the weather becomes severe after school, please check the website, or call the studio for cancellations. You will not receive a refund for a snow day, but you may make up the missed class.

Parents, Thank for your cooperation in reading the studio rules and regulations. We appreciate you making your children aware of the policies that apply to them. Thank you for your cooperation.

BILLING
• Payments are due on the 1st of each month. You are given a 10-day grace period.
• A $10.00 late fee will automatically be assessed to your account for all payments made after the 10th of the month.
• In order to keep tuition payments from being
misplaced, please do not give your payments to
your teacher.
• All tuition payments can be dropped off at the
studio office, mailbox, or tuition basket in the lobby. If you are not able to be at class during
tuition week, payments can be mailed in to avoid
the late fee.
• Please Write your child’s name(s) in the memo portion of your check when making a tuition payment.
• Please inform the office of any new phone numbers or change of address throughout the dance year.
• All proper paperwork must be completed in order for the student to take class.
• There will be a $30.00 fee added to your account for all returned checks.

Tuition is based on a nine-month season, which averages out to 36 classes. This includes all studio holidays, weather closings, Dress Rehearsal and Recital day. You are purchasing a space for the 2008-2009 Season beginning Monday, September 15th, 2008 and concluding on Saturday, June 6, 2009. Some months have 3 or 4 weeks, some have 5, but the Dance season will contain 36 classes which include dress rehearsal and recital day. In making this commitment, you are responsible for payment of all tuition throughout this period.

Tuition payments that are delinquent 2 months will result in the child having to observe classes only, until payments are brought up to date.

If you must withdraw from a class, tuition fees will continue to be added to your account until the studio receives a written letter of withdrawal.

There are NO refunds given for discontinued classes or missed classes. If a student withdraws after the first of the month, you are responsible for payment for the remainder of the month. If a student registers mid month, you are responsible for the whole month of tuition.Holidays and snow days will not have rescheduled make-up days. However, students may make up missed classes due to snow days or illness by attending an equivalent class within one month of the missed class. Because make-up classes are available, no refunds for missed classes will be given. All students must give 24 hour advance notice that they will be making up the missed class. Please call in for the appropriate make-up class times.
